Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through relationship-building, cold calling, and networking.
- Prepare and present proposals with follow up throughout the sales process
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with both team members and clients.
- Facilitate and coordinate software demonstrations as needed.
- Communicate and oversee the implementation process with prospective clients.
- Assist clients with the completion of implementation paperwork, following up on any outstanding items.
- Contribute to the refinement of company procedures by suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Stay informed about all products, services, and industry regulations to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Build a network with Social Media Platforms
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales or completion of a sales internship.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage confidential employee matters professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in the HR/ payroll Industry is a plus
