What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant to VP of Operations (Part Time) position at Payroll Solutions?
- Creation of customer presentations and both internal and external data projects; requires heavy focus on data and analytics.
- Preparation for all customer meetings, including reservation of training rooms and/or coordination of client on-site demonstration or trainings.
- Email organization and assisting with responding to important matters as needed.
- Schedule organization for VP Operations and Management team including meeting scheduling.
- Attend and take meetings notes, including but not limited to 1:1 calls with new customer opportunities.
- Creation and editing of reports.
- Assist with New Customer onboarding tasks.
- Project Management.
- Assisting with lead generation and for Account Managers, including creating email blasters, creating lead lists, and analytics reporting.
- Solid teamwork skills.
- Very adaptable - responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of professional sales and/or administrative assistant experience required.
- Strong data analytics skills and prior experience utilizing them in a business setting.
- Minimum of one year experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or HCM.
- Payroll Service Bureau experience a plus.
- HubSpot and/or NetSuite experience a plus.
