What's the role?
Payroll / HCM Specialists are responsible for preparing client payrolls in accordance with wage and tax guidelines, processing garnishments, generating payroll documents, and tax reports for clients in the isolved HCM platform. This includes :
- Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for clients as well as after the fact payrolls.
- Generating quarterly and year-end payroll reports including W2s.
- Updating employee payroll information and adjustments per client requests.

What's the schedule?
This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday 8a-5p with a steady 40 hours per week. Generally overtime is not expected except during January and February for year end.
