Position Overview
The Marketing Strategy Manager role is vital in maintaining our growth trajectory across B2C and B2B in this key strategic market. This role is highly commercial with a key requirement to translate external and internal factors into actionable marketing plans, aligned to our goals. You will be collaborating with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams to strategize and execute marketing communications, campaigns, create and update marketing materials, administrative support and more. What will be your major responsibilities?
- Lead regional marketing strategy for US across B2C and B2B segments driving marketing performance aligned to commercial goals
- Collaborate with product teams to drive development of impactful Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for new products and features.
- Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive sales pipeline growth and business expansion.
- In collaboration with Product and Sales teams forge commercial and strategic relationships with key partners for ongoing growth and co-marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and equity and enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, understanding and managing expectations and analyzing sales data and feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve sales enablement efforts.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform pricing strategies, customer value propositions, and competitive positioning.
- Identify and develop partnerships to expand distribution channels and enhance market reach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, Content Development, and Digital Marketing teams on the end-to-end experience.
- Use data analytics to assess the commercial impact of marketing initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and revenue growth.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with commercial goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead scoring and qualification criteria.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to innovate demand generation strategies.
