Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and experienced Autobody and Glass Technicians who excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment. If you take pride in your work, can follow instructions, and maintain a high standard of quality, we want to hear from you.
General Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must; arrive on time and be ready to work efficiently.
- Physical ability to operate vehicles, equipment, and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining shop equipment and cleanliness.
Autobody Technicians:
- Repair and restore auto body damage while adhering to strict quality control processes.
- Remove and install components such as bumpers, lights, fenders, trim, etc., ensuring dimensional accuracy.
- Prepare and apply paint and finishes to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
Glass Technicians:
- Install and repair automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Accurately remove and fit glass to meet vehicle specifications.
- Handle adhesives and sealants to ensure secure and leak-proof installations.
- Diagnose and repair glass-related issues such as chips, and water leaks.
