- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to designated stations as needed.
- Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste management practices.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff during peak hours or large events by completing tasks promptly and accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
