Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take food and drink orders and accurately enter them into the system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure guests' needs are met and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling procedures.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with other duties as needed, including cleaning, restocking, and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous server experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid TIPs certification.
