We are the Pb J Collective and we help families to find the Nanny who is the peanut butter to their jelly! We are currently looking for experienced Nannies who are looking for Full-time, long-term and short term positions.
Most of our positions are in the Reno area, but we do also serve the Tahoe and surrounding areas well!
We are looking for candidates who are warm, engaging, nurturing, responsible, creative, and energetic, to come join our team of Nannies! We have over 102 nannies that currently work through our agency, and have built a great reputation with families in our community! We are former Nannies ourselves, with over 15 years of experience. We truly understand what it means to advocate for you!
At Pb J Collective we believe in really being a support to our Nannies, and help both sides equally in this process. We are proud APNA and INA members and follow industry standards. We require our families to:
- provide legal pay
-provide PTO and sick days if full time
-pay overtime
-guarantee hours
-gas mileage reimbursement
We currently need candidates with newborn-toddler age experience primarily.
All interested applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Must have at least 2 years of professional experience working with children in a relatable field.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must enjoy working with children!
- Must have Child/Infant CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to becoming certified
- Must be willing to submit to our screening process which includes Background Checks, Social Media Screening, Drug-testing, and Driving Record Check (we cover these costs!)
- Must have reliable transportation that you feel comfortable transporting someone else’s children in.
- No additional children permitted to join you on your job
- Must be comfortable with pets (cats and dogs)
- Must be current on vaccinations. Covid vaccinated and boosted candidates preferred.
FULL TIME SCHEDULES POSITIONS:
- Monday- Friday 6:00-4:00
- Monday- Friday 8:00-4:00
- Monday-Friday 7:00-5:00
