We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Assembler ll to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly processes, including the ability to fabricate components and operate various hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to fabricate parts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues that arise during production.
- Assist in training new assembly staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, specifically in assembly roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Experience in making hydraulic hoses, assemblies and set up and test hydralic pressure
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
