Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)
Everyone needs time off to rest and recharge! Paid time off includes Regular PTO, Personal PTO, and specified paid company holidays. *The amount of paid time off (PTO) depends upon the employee's position and years of service.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Responsibilities
Data Analysis
- Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to extract valuable insights.
- Collaborate with team members to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Develop reports and dashboards summarizing key findings and insights from data analysis.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Support data cleansing and quality assurance processes.
- Support the experimentation, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
- Contribute to the design, training, and evaluation of AI algorithms.
- Develop and deploy AI models for specific use cases, with documentation on implementation.
- Document processes, methodologies, and solutions for knowledge sharing within the team.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- High school students enrolled in a business or technology professional studies program. College student who is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools, such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence / machine learning algorithms and frameworks is a plus.
