The estimated pay range for this role is $19.16 Min to $28.74 Max per hour.

The Warehouse Associate will support the outbound sales team and warehouse. Support processing sales orders by routing orders using the customer's transportation routing websites. Prepare documentation for shipment loads using Microsoft suite. In this role, it is essential for cross-functional communication and daily operational support for customer service, production, quality, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure open communication with sales, quality control, inventory control, and customer service while efficiently using emails and other communication methods.
- Coordinate with customer service for product availability and inform them of any changes in orders.
- Utilize sales order status reports to prioritize shipments and review non-shipped, reverse confirmations.
- Picking products for sales, transfers, and replenishment orders utilizing a scan gun.
- Routing sales orders for collect accounts using portals, monitoring and updating shipment loads, and updating carrier information as assigned.
- Organizing and preparing daily shipments by designated docking areas to ensure efficient loading
- Utilizing a scanning device to capture images of packing slips for relevant customers.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Use the TMS bid board to assign carriers and create the bill of ladings.
- Prepare bills of lading for customers using D365 and organize files in folders in a shared drive.
- Maintain accurate information in the logistics calendar, scheduled deliveries, and pickups.
- Work with multiple departments to validate overages, shortages, and damages for shipments and maintain OS&D Smartsheet.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to return products, process RMA, and file freight claims to maintain claims in D365 using "All Cases" annotated in tracking notes in D365.
- All other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Education: High School or Equivalent Required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of previous clerical experience.
- Specialized knowledge: using a computer, internet, routing portals websites, routing software.
- Travel required in this position: None
- Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- ERP - D365 experience required.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
