The Client Executive serves as a top-level manager in a successful, growing firm. He or she interacts regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients.

Your Impact:

• Strategic: The Client Executive contributes to defining and guiding the strategic plan, with access to PBK's corporate resources and management team.
• Operational: He or She is responsible for delivering services, developing culture, and executing processes within offices, overseeing client relations and project team performance.
• Marketing/Business Development: Establishing relationships with potential clients is essential, working closely with Marketing & Business Development departments to develop new opportunities and build relationships.
• Management/Leadership: Promoting a support structure to develop staff abilities, responsible for staffing projections, and overseeing recruitment of new staff.

• High Level QAQC
• Continuous 5-min Meetings with Production Director & Project Managers

Requirements:

• Registered Architect in the State
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural profession with no less than 10 years of managing project teams and processes
• Prior K12 and/or Higher Education experience required
