The Director of Client Relations and Strategic Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion. This individual must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
- Prior experience in K-12, Higher Education, Civic, Higher Education and/or Healthcare market sectors is essential.
- Must hold a valid Registered Architect license in the state of residence.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, including at least 10 years managing project teams and processes.
