Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office management.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support legal and real estate closing tasks if applicable.
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers when required.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems and office management practices.
- Previous experience as a legal secretary is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft and Adobe applications.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
