Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Technology or a related field
  • 3 years of estimating/field experience in construction
  • Design/Build estimating experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and OST, Bluebeam, and ProEst
  • Strong industry knowledge and ability to read and interpret various plans
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
