Job Description
At PBS | Professional Building Services, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Construction Estimation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in construction estimation and be able to work well with others while also functioning independently with great focus.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Technology or a related field, with 3 years of estimating/field experience in construction. Design/Build estimating experience is preferred, as well as proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and OST, Bluebeam, and ProEst.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform construction estimates for commercial, healthcare, church, and light industrial projects
- Develop and maintain accurate cost models and budgets
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and developments to enhance skills and expertise
