WHAT THE JOB IS:
- Provide customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve technical issues and answer sales inquiries.
- Understand and provide customers with beneficial sales solutions and financing options.
- Resolve issues related to billing, services, and other concerns
- Assist customers in selecting new computers or part upgrades.
- Close new sales by understanding customer appropriate products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist and advise customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve customer service and sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
ATTRIBUTES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
- 2 years Customer Relations experience
- Be comfortable working with sales and keeping the business of customers.
- Can type 40 wpm
- Knowledge of current PC hardware
- Ability to work full time - schedules may change and vary in hours based upon company needs, weekends are currently required (two consecutive days off.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
