We are seeking a Computer Repair Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they enter the store.
• Provide high quality interactions with customers.
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Replace hardware components in desktops and laptops.
• Set up new routers and network devices for home use.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot issues regarding all hardware and software.
• Install software/hardware on workstations.
• Generate invoices for clients and accept payments.
• Provide telephone and remote support to users.
• Assist senior tech staff with on-site support and technical projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, personable, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience, must be able to work with users of all skill levels.
• Previous experience in IT.
• Knowledge of Windows & MAC Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• PC Repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Shrewsbury, PA 17361 (Required)
