INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift  Packaging Corporation of America 104 Commerce Street New Oxford, PA      Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $29 - $37 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience. PCA provides all specialized and heavy-duty tools. Responsibilities This position is based at the PCA Box Plant in New Oxford, PA and involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including: Diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Performing preventive maintenance activities and responding to breakdown calls in a fast-paced production environment. Collaborating with a team to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Developing multi-craft skills through company-provided training. Basic Qualifications 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
