Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor located in the East Brunswick NJ area. The Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and the entire team, fostering strong relationships and exceptional client service.
We are committed to providing collaborative and comprehensive financial planning solutions to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored financial plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings and navigate clients through the financial planning process, including discussions of holistic financial plans and planning strategies.
- Oversee the coordination of the planning process with clients and all front and back-office personnel involved.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key firm clients, driving client retention and growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and goals, and translate these into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with other advisors and external sources to carry out client service goals.
- Provide guidance and expert advice to management on technical financial planning and investment planning needs.
- Engage in developing COI relationships for the benefit of our clients.
- Train, supervise, and support other members of the advisory team to develop talent for the benefit of our clients and the firm.
Qualifications
- Strong background in financial planning and finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services
- Retirement planning expertise
- Experience in investments and financial advisory
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
