Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager-Commercial Construction at PCE Construction in Columbia, MO. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, managing project logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting project processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with all PCE team members to maximize productivityCollaborate with superintendents to create, organize, and monitor schedulesEffectively and regularly communicate job specifics with superintendentRegularly track job costs to maintain project budgetsProvide job cost updates to COO and CFO as neededMeasure, quantify materials, and provide estimates as neededProvide project updates verbally and in written form to all necessary partiesCoordinate with field personnel manager to effectively allocate resourcesDemonstrate commitment to clients' needs and confidentialityMaintain project specific documentation as required : drawings, sub-contracts, COs, CCOs, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, RFQs, ESIs, and O / MsReview vendor / subcontractor submittals and shop drawings for accuracy and distribute as neededEffectively communicate, as required, with architects, engineers, and clientsPeriodically complete site visits to check progress, and provide written documentation to necessary partiesServe as point of contact for clients / customersStrengthen current client relationships and seek new clients and projectsAttend prebid meetings as neededAttend events as a PCE representativeActively engage with the community to maintain and build new relationshipsSkills, Knowledge and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.Minimum of 5 years project management and or relevant work experience in the commercial construction industryProven ability to manage any project up to 30 millionExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solvingAble to proactively identify and address potential conflictsAble to read all aspects of and effectively interpret commercial blueprintsExcellent computer / device skills, including experience with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with construction-specific software platforms such as Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Pipeline, and Sage 300 highly preferred.Collaborative working style and team-player attitudePositive and encouraging personalityHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyReliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team's successOutstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksAble to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environmentBenefits
