Seeking a motivated Carpenter apprentice

As we continue to grow and seek new ways to better serve our customers, PCF Construction Group is seeking a hardworking Carpenter Apprentice based in the Lynnwood/Bellevue area.

Responsibilities:

• Digging holes
• cleaning up job-sites
• making basic cuts
• installing decking
• installing railing
• roofing
• basic carpenter skills

Position Summary: We are seeking a high-quality, apprentices to work for our fast-growing company. Our ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is a proactive communicator to customers, crew, and managers.

Required Skills, Experience, & Education:

• Self-motivated with the ability to operate without constant supervision
• Travel (within a 50-mile radius) for the business purpose more than 75% of the time, which requires a valid driver’s license, presentable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of accountability and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and across functional teams
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of experience in construction
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results from a background investigation
