What we are looking for: In this critical role. The successful individual will have a thorough understanding of CRM’s and associated computer work with a keen eye for detail. Successful team members often have the following skills, are organized, self-starters, innovative, and can provide strategic feedback to ensure goals are met. You must want to be accountable for you and your team's success. You will act as a customer care manager and actively manage and report on all your outstanding jobs.
Basic skills required:
- Approve all Apprentice / Foreman clock ins and time off; adjust accordingly
- Can communicate with intercompany subs inside of the PCF group.
- Schedule subcontractors and get bids on jobs and create the PO; finding new subcontractors when needed
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar construction field with at least two years being in a management position.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and methodology
- Order materials and schedules deliveries
- Order & source materials with provided takeoff lists through Vendors.
- Can do final invoice, ensure all change orders have been approved, all taxes are included and is responsible for closing out jobsite to audit.
- Computer skills/knowledge (Google G-Suite, Microsoft suite)
- Can manage outward facing customer calendar so it is always up to date and informing client if schedule changes happen.
- Can Set schedule and run Dispatch emails so all employees are informed on what is being requested.
- Ensure all your teams are doing their Got Safety every week

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
