The PCF Insurance Marketing Communications Specialist for Growth & Operations develops content for our internal and external communications channels designed to reinforce and solidify our leadership position as a top 20 U.S. insurance brokerage and ultimately help drive our company's growth organically and through M&A. These individual touchpoints that you’ll create and be responsible for will shape our collective voice through storytelling, dialogue, and connection.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Create, plan, write, and measure effectiveness of internal and external communications, including industry newsletters; talking points for in-person and virtual speaking opportunities; video/multimedia scripts and storyboards; press releases; optimized website copy using our keyword strategy, as well as intranet copy; blogs and social media; client satisfaction surveys; and more.
- Collaborate, build relationships, and serve cross-functionally across our Growth & Operations teams (property & casualty, health & benefits, carrier relations, risk management, and industry practice groups) to source and develop meaningful content for a variety of mediums.
- Monitor current / emerging trends and stakeholder perceptions to drive content relevancy and ensure target audiences are engaging with content as planned per our communications strategy.
- Contribute to a strict quality assurance process to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance of content and messaging.
- Maintain the Growth & Operations editorial and social calendars, ensuring it’s timely, relevant, and updated as needed.
- Post optimized content to website and blog, intranet, and social media; create and send internal and external mass emails and submit press releases to wire service.
- Work in partnership with our preferred vendors, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Conduct market and competitive research to refine messaging.
- Support and sometimes lead projects on behalf of our Marketing & Communications team.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field from an accredited college or university.
- 5 years communications-related experience supporting a corporate environment; insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry experience required.
- Strong grasp of targeted audiences with the know-how to clearly and creatively deliver content that resonates and brings value.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to quickly adjust priorities as needed.
- Solid project management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with other platforms common to a marketing tech stack, including content management systems, project management platforms, public relations and wire services, asset libraries, and more.
- Position can be fully remote or in office at our headquarters in Lindon, Utah.
- Estimated travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint; SharePoint and/or Canva experience.
