Wage : $15 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with all billing inquiries, and new service request, along with disconnects or any account change request.
- Complete paperwork for service application and gathers all needed information from the customer.
- Investigate credit references of new customers.
- Process proper billing to customer account for all service requests or changes.
- Greet all customers on the phone or walk-ins with professionalism.
- Promote sales and services of Strata Networks.
- Gain knowledge of all company products and services.
- Be a team player in all areas of the job.
- Achieve objectives and goal requirements of the Strategic plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
