Your Role: As the Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering-related opportunities. You will take charge of maximizing revenue potential by actively upselling each business opportunity. This role is crucial in achieving both personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring the seamless handover of business for proper service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively Solicit & Manage: Identify and manage group and catering-related opportunities.
- Maximize Revenue: Actively upsell each opportunity to maximize revenue for the property.
- Achieve Revenue Goals: Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
- Service Excellence: Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion to maintain service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Customer Loyalty: Support Marriott’s Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty.
