Your Role: As the Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering related opportunities. You will take charge of maximizing revenue potential by actively upselling each business opportunity. This role is crucial in achieving both personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring the seamless handover of business for proper service delivery.
