Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and computerized equipment issues.
- Maintain and ensure optimal operation of all insert operations equipment, including Pitney Bowes EPIC, MPS, MSE & Pulse insert machines.
- Assist in the maintenance of printing, cutting, and folding equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all equipment functions effectively.
- Adhere to a routine maintenance schedule while fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
- Identify and prioritize equipment issues, ensuring timely resolution of tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience with intelligent machinery.
- Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented approach and adaptability to changing environments.
- Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility in managing tasks under tight deadlines.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or Mechanic with demonstrable troubleshooting expertise.
- Previous experience in the Mail Delivery Industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in Electro-Mechanical systems is advantageous.
