Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and computerized issues with office equipment.
- Maintain and accurately update insert operations equipment, including Pitney Bowes EPIC, MPS, MSE & Pulse insert machines.
- Potentially assist in the upkeep of print, cutting, and folding equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all equipment is consistently operational.
- Adhere to routine maintenance schedules and fulfill assigned responsibilities.
- Assess and prioritize equipment issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Demonstrated strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working with intelligent machinery and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve machine problems.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivated and quick to learn new concepts.
- Capability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift and carry components weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or Mechanic, with a strong troubleshooting background.
- Previous experience in the mailing delivery industry is preferred.
- Technical or vocational training in Electro-Mechanical technology or a related field is advantageous.
