Description
Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator
Seeking a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills to join our team. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Previous experience in bookkeeping and administrative field required.
Key Job Responsibilities as follows:
Administrative Tasks:
- Answering phones and assisting with the opening and closing of the office.
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering as needed.
- Providing general administrative support to the office staff.
Accounting and Bookkeeping:
- Compiling revenue reports from all revenue sources.
- Recording all financial transactions.
- Reconciling bank deposits with revenue reports.
- Preparing daily deposits and depositing them at the local bank.
- Reconciling and balancing the financials daily and monthly.
- Preparing and sending invoices.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excell.
- Detail-Oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadline expectations.
- Prior experience and relevant work experience is required.
