Description
Park Kalamazoo is currently searching for outgoing personalities to join our team and help us meet our customer service objectives. The schedule for this position would be Tuesday-Saturday from 12:00 PM-8:30PM. JOB DESCRIPTION: Patrols, monitors, and enforces public parking areas to enhance the experience of the public parking system through customer interaction. This position does require a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
• Practices good public relations with customers and visitors by answering questions and providing information concerning parking services and traffic regulations
• Patrols metered, time-sensitive, and monthly parking areas; utilizes handheld ticket devices to issue citations for parking violations
• Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and safety practices
• Attends work regularly at the designated place and time
• Supports continuous process improvement initiatives
• Performs related work as required
• Appears in court as witness against violators (as needed), reports inoperative meters to meter technician personnel, and assists with customer service activities
Salary : $16 - $17
