YOUR MISSION:

In this pivotal role, you will support our Treasury, Accounting close process, and Reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Treasury: Assist with daily reconciliations, reporting, and postings related to various bank accounts under Manager supervision

· Assist with the Accounting Close: Perform the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

· Financial Statement Preparation: Assist VP Finance to produce U.S. GAAP financial statements.

· Audit Facilitation: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure efficient and successful audits.

· Internal Controls: Assist VP Finance with documentation, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Ad-Hoc: Ad hock analysis, reporting, and support to within Finance and other Divisions.

· Cross-Training and Team Support: Cross-training with other Finance team members and provide assistance as needed to ensure a well-rounded and adaptable team.

Required Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience. CPA or working towards CPA license strongly preferred.

· Accounting Principles: In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

· Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.

· Collaboration and Team Building: Experience in working collaboratively and in teams and across departments.

· Prioritization: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

· Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and articulating problems while proposing practical and effective solutions.

WORK HOURS:

· Full-time in-office position

· Monday - Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
