PCM Services is a leading commercial contractor based in Beltsville, MD, serving the DC/Baltimore metro area. We specialize in a wide range of services related to building exteriors, including masonry, concrete repairs, waterproofing, and more. We are currently seeking an organized and energetic Restoration Production Manager to join our Building Exteriors Division.
Overview
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful, safe and timely execution of projects within the Building Exteriors Division. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality work while ensuring adherence to safety standards and fostering a culture of professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
Project Execution & Management
- Oversee and direct projects across the DC/Baltimore metro area, which include masonry, window caulking, window glazing, foundation waterproofing, bollard repair, brick replacement, and concrete repair.
- Explain project scopes, expectations, and timelines to crew members on a daily basis to ensure efficient project execution.
- Provide ongoing training for crew members to improve performance, safety, and skill development.
- Participate in weekly progress production meetings with division managers, coordinators, and estimators to ensure new jobs are discussed and promptly scheduled.
- Oversee proper maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment and vehicles.
- Track and manage inventory to ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.
Safety, Compliance, and Training
- Train new field personnel in safety procedures, proper equipment use, and job-specific tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Enforce safety standards on all job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and company protocols.
Administration
- Track and submit crew member hours for payroll processing in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in field operations in a production/ superintendent/ Management capacity
- Previous experience working in the Concrete, Masonry, and or Waterproofing industry
- Experience in Traffic Coding
- High school diploma and/or a combination of education, experience, and training
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical & drug screen to obtain a DOT medical card (company-paid)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (Preferred)
Skills/Abilities
- Fluent in Spanish (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
