Customer Service Representative – Account Services (Project Coordinator) day-to-day:
- Customer care and communication
- Managing customer’s direct mail projects from quoting to project completion
- Ensure project quality by adhering to best practices
- Ensure accuracy of quotes throughout project
- Entering accurate project details in project management software
Customer Service Representative – Account Services (Project Coordinator) requirements:
- Must be customer focused
- Effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to use experience and independent judgment to handle unique and complex
- Excellent problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills. Time and project
- management skills are a must.
