This is a Direct Hire position with a salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience with a bonus and good benefits program located in Monroe NC the company will pay for full relocation

Other Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain pricing/profit margins that are consistent with the current business plan and support the long-term objectives of the company.
- Understand the strategic objectives of the company.
- Identify significant or strategic business opportunities that support company objectives and develop proposals and/or strategies for securing this business.
- Identify customer service problems and opportunities.
- Initiate appropriate actions to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and planning to support customer requests.
- Work with customers and sales to forecast demand based on customer requirements.
- Support the business planning process
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in a Product Marketing role in a materials manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience with powder metals.
- Experience in a commercial role.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical talent and business acumen.
