Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring their location and assigned territory are performing optimally across all functional areas. This includes managing staffing levels, coaching underperformers, and training Sales Associates and Service Providers. They will also facilitate the resolution of customer service issues and promote new products and services.
In addition, the General Manager will partner with the Operations Director to develop location managers who understand and cultivate a culture of coaching, care, support, and equity.
