We are a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our team and support a valued client of over 20 years. We’re looking for a proactive and skilled professional to take on a key role in delivering exceptional IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for VMware and VDI environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows systems.
- Manage and support Office365 environments.
- Configure and maintain networking equipment and firewalls.
- Deliver exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a small team to ensure seamless IT operations for our client.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with VMware, VDI, and Microsoft Windows.
- Familiarity with networking and firewall configuration.
- Proficiency in Office365 administration and support.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a strong plus.
- Project management or IT management experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc., are preferred
