About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Solutions Manager to join our HR team at our Florham Park, NJ office. In this key role, you will enhance HR programs and processes, foster a positive employee experience, and collaborate closely with business leaders and the HR team to effectively support and manage PCS employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in data analysis and reporting, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where hands-on involvement is valued.
What You Will Do:
· Serve as the subject matter expert on PCS Wireless HR systems, processes, policies, and practices.
- Analyze HR processes with an eye on efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision making.
- Maintain and develop, HR policies, and processes to ensure compliance with Company controls as well as state and federal employment laws.
· Responding timely and effectively to leaders, business partners, and employees’ needs.
- Assist with cyclical HR processes such as compensation and performance reviews and open enrollment.
- Provide necessary training to end users to increase their effectiveness and ability to use HR systems and tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.
- Manage and optimize HR systems and technology, including HRIS, ATS, Time Tracking, LMS, and performance management tools.
Who You Are:
• 5 years of experience in HR operations, solutions and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent mindfulness and the ability to manage and maintain data integrity.
• Proficiency in HR systems and technology, particularly HRIS systems.
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to change and work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to discern critical items and prioritize them, accordingly, perform proactive follow-up, & scrutinize data with a high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
