About the Role

 

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Intern – Talent to join our HR team at our Florham Park, NJ office and make an impact in our Talent Management and Recruiting Coordination efforts. In this key role, you will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, collaborate with professionals across departments, and contribute to initiatives that shape our workforce. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering employee growth and engagement.

 

What You Will Do:

 Recruiting Coordination

·Partner with the Recruiting to manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring alignment with company branding.

·Screen resumes and assist in the coordination of interviews, including scheduling and candidate communication.

·Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and ensuring a smooth transition.

·Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates) and provide insights to improve processes.

 

Talent Management

·Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs, including training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.

·Support the creation and maintenance of talent assessment tools such as 9-box grids, competency models, and individual development plans.

·Collaborate with HR leadership on employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to inform strategies.

·Maintain and update talent-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

 

General HR Support

·Participate in HR projects, such as learning & development, employee engagement or performance management.

·Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and organizing events.

·Research and recommend innovative HR practices to enhance team efficiency and employee satisfaction.

 

Who You Are:

 

· Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

· Experience: Prior internship or coursework in HR, recruiting, or organizational development is a bonus but not required.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
