About the Role:
The Strategic Sales Account Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth by fostering strong, trust-based relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met with excellence. This position involves managing a diverse customer portfolio, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Highly analytical in nature, the role leverages raw customer data to craft compelling insights and build enduring partnerships. The Strategic Sales Account Manager collaborates closely with internal PCS teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions that align seamlessly with client goals.
What You Will Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. Address client needs with prompt and professional solutions, establishing PCS Wireless as a trusted business partner.
- Contract Negotiation and Renewal: Account Managers may be involved in renewing contracts or negotiating new terms with customers, ensuring continued business.
- Product and Customer Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology recommerce sector. Leverage market insights to penetrate untapped segments and generate revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and business development managers to align strategies and ensure cohesive sales efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of activities, track key performance metrics, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
