Come join the team! Pest Control Technicians, Inc. is a family run business looking to expand our office team! We are looking for someone to fill the role of Customer Service/Admin to manage calls, provide best solutions to all callers, and help keep our office running smoothly. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and respond to phone calls
- Provide solutions, pricing, and contracts for new clients
- Respond to current client requests
- Perform other clerical office duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, office supply inventory
- Schedule appointments
- Invoicing
- Oversee the Customer Service team and ensure task completion.
Skills
- Proven work experience as phone based Customer Service Rep, Sales Rep, or similar role
- Data Entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Upbeat disposition
- A/R experience a plus!
