Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients in the aerospace industry.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Qualify leads by understanding clients' needs and aligning them with our products and services.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in aerospace.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and build relationships within the aerospace community.

- Willingness to travel domestically with occasional international travel
Qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
