Tool Crib Support Specialist
PCX Aerosystems is a premier supplier of flight-critical mechanical systems and structures to leading aerospace OEMs and the US Government. This position qualifies for a 3K sign-on-bonus.

Role Summary
This position requires managing tool and consumable transactions. Duties include but are not limited to filling tool and equipment requisitions, checking tools in and out to jobs, cleaning and inspecting tools, and overseeing the day to day operations of the tool room.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Fills tools and consumable requisitions
- Checking tools in and out to jobs
- Cleans and inspects tools
- Tags tools that require repair
- Responsible for returning tools to the appropriate location
- Replaces barcodes when necessary
- Properly labels new tools
- Responsible for inventory control of consumables and tools holders
- Enters data into tool tracking as necessary
- Monitors min / max levels for all tools
- Responsible for quality control on all outgoing tool deliveries
- Communicates backorders with teams
- Order tool and consumable material as needed
- Complete tool order log entry on a daily basis
- Participates in the 5S program within the tool room
- Performs quarterly inventory to maintain accurate inventory reports
- Respond to all tool room quality system requirements within 24 hours
- Insures accurate inventory levels are met to fulfill orders
- Able to setup cutting tools and check them on a presetter
- Perform other duties as directed by the Tool Room Supervisor
