Position Overview: At FBinsure we are committed to a client-centric approach. As a Benefits Producer at our Agency, you are more than an agent to our clients, you are a Benefits Advisor. This difference means you will act as an employee/group benefits expert, HR advocate, and adept benefits educator. Employee benefits present a confusing maze for most business owners, creating the opportunity for you to become their invaluable resource. As an integral part of the business community, you deliver the expert guidance they need to make educated business decisions that fit their needs, goals, and budget.
You will receive tailored training to further develop your sales skills and position you to achieve high levels of success. You will be supported by a dedicated team to assist in the day-to-day servicing of the clients you have developed. The team works together closely to ensure client expectations are met, and opportunities to grow accounts are identified and executed upon. You will work closely with other sales teams across the organizations to create additional cross-selling opportunities.
Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located at 128 Dean Street, Taunton, MA.

Professional Responsibilities
- Identify businesses in the middle to large market sector in need of guidance and support with their employee benefits program.
- Responsible for promoting and delivering on our Agency’s tailored approach: utilizing our comprehensive suite of solutions, robust resources, and industry relationships to produce an effective and customized employee benefits strategy.
- Responsible for renewals and high-level servicing, ensuring you develop meaningful client relationships that last and multiply.
- Understand benefits and human resource risks facing businesses and provide appropriate insurance and risk management solutions.
- Create prospect opportunities to develop into clients and build a book of business.
- 3-5 years preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Life & Health license
- EPIC system experience a plus but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
- A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
