- Source and hire X-Ray, Ultrasound, and ECHO technologists along with office personnel and higher-level positions such as sales reps and regional managers
- Optimizing Indeed campaigns
- Develop recruitment strategies meant to assist the company in meeting its long-term objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment resources, professional associations, or other organizations that can assist PDI in an effort to create a continuous pipeline of employment candidates.
- Establishes an ATS system, creates job description templates, and develops policies governing candidate screening, interview procedures, reference, and background screening as well as onboarding.
- Source and manage advertising partner relationships and utilize social and professional networking sites for the development of recruitment strategies
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and searches).
- Research and choose job advertising options.
- Manage new hire scheduling from interviewing to start date.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
- 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Knowledge and experience with up-to-date ATS
- Hospital, Healthcare Organization, Staffing/Agency, or corporate recruiting background is a must
- Outbound Sourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Associates Degree or higher
