PDI Health is looking for a full-time Dispatch Manager to join our office in Laurel, MD. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing issues, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, well-spoken and detail oriented.
Location: Laurel, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm, on-call rotation weekends/holidays
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care and support to our long-term care facilities and home bound patients
- Process work orders, messages, and information to or from technicians on the field
- Assist and Monitor personnel and/or locations on a constant basis.
- Coordinate service and schedules.
- Work closely with Operational and Sales Support for best client experience

Requirements:
- Strong data entry / communication / phone handling skills
- Mid and/or expert level knowledge of medical terms
- Call Center Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Honest, flexible, team player, and hard working
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Bi or Multilingual a plus!
