PDQ Merchant Enterprises located in Johnsburg, IL is seeking a full time Processing Administrator between the hours of 8 -5, Monday through Friday. This is an on-site office role. PDQ Merchant Enterprises is an ATM Processing Company handling over 4,000 terminals. We are full service to our customers, offering sales, parts, service, and ATM management.

The Role of the Processing Administrator includes the following but not limited to;
· Customer Service via Email and Phone Calls;
- Directing to a department
- Resolving issues
- Completing requests from Customers
· Manage Customers and their ATMs using a web-based platform;
- Adding
- Changing
- Removing information
· Data Entry via CRM Forms
· Acquiring and completing necessary paperwork for each Customer/ATM to ensure compliance.
· Managing physical filing system/folders of all required paperwork
- Adding
- Updating
- Removing files
· Organizing company meetings/outings
· Purchasing office supplies when needed/requested
· Implement new ideas or changes in procedure to allow for a smoother process in;
- Document collection
- Sales Flow
- Organization
· Scheduling New Client calls via Zoom
· Completing tasks given by Owner or General Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
