Job Description :
PDQ is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Business Systems Developer to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. As a Lead Business Systems Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing the critical systems that drive our product-led growth (PLG) and sales-assisted customer journeys. You will focus on ensuring seamless integrations across our business systems, possess backend coding skills, and have analytical capabilities to enhance system efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
What you"ll be doing :
- Build and maintain key integrations across systems while developing backend code to fill technical gaps.
- Architect, build, and enhance data integrity and seamless data flow across integrated systems to enhance the customer experience.
- Implement system automations, support data migration initiatives, and ensure data accuracy to optimize workflows.
- Write and execute SQL queries for reporting and architectural analysis and develop SFDC reports and dashboards using visualization tools.
- Troubleshoot integration and system issues, architecting timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
- Drive system scalability by identifying continuous architectural improvements in our RevOps tech stack.
- Work with Sales and Marketing Operations on projects to streamline processes and enhance data flow.
- Zoom in on immediate one-off tasks while also stepping back to scope out and design comprehensive solutions for systematic challenges – this is primarily a builder role.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap for our RevOps systems architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
