Job Details
We are seeking a highly talented Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist who combines strategic thinking with creative curiosity to deliver innovative designs that elevate and support our B2B marketing efforts. This is an onsite position operating during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, in our corporate office located in Ardmore, OK. There may be some travel from time to time to join our sales team on trade shows. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate on all marketing and design related assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design is preferred or up to 3-5 years work experience in related field
- Experience in graphic design and photography preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional skills in advanced retouching and photo manipulation
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proved ability to effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to dynamic and evolving requirements.
- Video editing and web design are a plus

Ideal candidate must posses a willingness and ability to learn from other departments within the company, good verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, can-do attitude, sense of urgency, ability to take constructive criticism and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine graphic assets, including sell sheets, flyers, and other materials.
- Create and update logos, illustrations, and branding elements.
- Develop web-ready graphics tailored for websites and social media platforms.
- Edit and enhance high-quality photographic images to meet professional standards.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to image standards across all visual assets.
- Organize and maintain an archive of graphic and photography files for efficient access and use.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Efficiently manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
