The Digital Marketing Specialist position is responsible for creative and strategic contributions to digital marketing initiatives with a focus on generating leads and interest in company products, services and events while building and maintaining our brands. This role helps implement and execute campaigns across social media, email marketing, company websites and in-store digital displays, evaluating and monitoring campaign delivery and performance, as well as reporting and providing metrics and analytics that demonstrate campaign fulfillment and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Work with internal customers and the Marketing team to understand objectives and assist with developing creative digital communications and strategies that consistently represent our brands and values with a focus on driving results.
- Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include social media, email marketing, landing pages and in-store digital displays.
- Develop engaging content for social media channels, schedule posts, set up ad campaigns, monitor community engagement and respond to messages.
- Build and schedule email marketing communications and campaigns.
- Update content as directed on company websites, company intranet and in-store digital displays.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on digital campaign performance, metrics, and analytics, contributing post-campaign analysis with insights and success stories for internal stakeholders.
- Provide insights, evaluations, and recommendations for continuous improvement of future digital marketing campaigns and brand reputation management.
- Research and analyze customer demographic information for insights to make informed, strategic recommendations.
- Map and analyze the customer journey to enhance engagement and optimize touch points across all digital platforms.
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication, positive attitude, and trustworthy behavior.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Other duties as required.
